Chef and food writer Olia Hercules will be cooking up a feast of comfort food from Ukraine, Georgia and further afield. Enjoy green borscht, poussin tabaka with plum sauce and more alongside a drinks menu of wheat beer, Georgian wine and vodka curated by Marko Husak (The Sparrow / Bundobust).
All proceeds will go to charities helping displaced children who have been effected by the current war in Ukraine.
