Fresh from scooping best Debut Food Book ‘Mamushka’ at the 2016 Fortnum & Mason food and drink awards, Olia Hercules returns to her home-away-from-home for a record third residency. Olia’s menu this time will have a more modern Eastern European feel to it than February’s rustic Georgian supra, featuring refined dishes like ‘Cep, Buckwheat and Chestnut Broth’ and ‘Pork Belly with Fermented Sauerkraut, Prunes and Spices’. Every one of Olia’s dishes brims with heart, soul and generosity of spirit. Pull up a chair and enjoy!
