Join this one-day trip to Kent to merge yourself in history and enjoy the gorgeous architecture.
This time the tour will head to Chartwell & Chiddingstone Village.
Chartwell was the family home of Sir Winston Churchill from 1922 until his death in 1965. The house is still much as it was when the family lived here – pictures, books and personal mementoes evoking the career and wide-ranging interests of this influential family. The studio is home to the largest single collection of Churchill’s paintings.
Chiddingstone – one of the prettiest villages in Kent, and perhaps England, Chiddingstone is a beautiful example of a Tudor one-street village. Most of the buildings are more than 200 years old.
