British Council APPG is inviting to attend a panel discussion on the impact of conflict on education and culture in the east of Ukraine chaired by Baroness Coussins. Students and rectors at displaced Luhansk National Taras Shevchenko University and Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University will discuss the opportunities as well as challenges their new circumstances bring, the domestic and international support that they are receiving, as well as what more could be done.

The British Council Ukraine Country Director will provide context to the discussion.

The Ukrainian Institute has assisted in the organisation of this event.
