Ukrainian born pianist (1984) will perform Schubert, Chopin, Prokofiev, Rachmaninov and Balakirev. Alexander Gavrylyuk confirmed his place among the finest artists of his generation as winner of the 2005 Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition. His probing interpretations of Rachmaninov and Prokofiev, on disc and in the concert hall… This concert will be approximately 2 hours in duration, including an interval.
